Game Changer Program: Honoring Those Who Inspire and Lead!

Every great sports community is built on the dedication of players, coaches, and volunteers who go the extra mile to uplift others. The Game Changer program is our way of recognizing these incredible individuals—those who inspire, lead, and make a lasting impact in CYSA organizations.

Who: Do you know an athlete in one of our programs who leads by example, a coach who goes above and beyond, or a volunteer who makes a difference behind the scenes? We want to celebrate players, coaches, and volunteers from AYSO Soccer, Caledonia Baseball/Softball League, Caledonia Youth Football League, Caledonia Youth Lacrosse Club, and West Michigan Galaxy who embody dedication, sportsmanship, and heart.

What: Each month, one outstanding nominee will be selected as our Game Changer and featured on the CYSA website and social media. Winners will receive a Game Changer t-shirt, a Caledonia swag bag, and most importantly, the recognition they deserve!

When: The program runs from April 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, with one winner announced every month. But the excitement doesn’t stop there—every monthly winner will be entered into a grand prize drawing at the end of the year!

How to Nominate: Submitting a nomination is easy! Just fill out the online form on the CYSA website, sharing the nominee’s name, organization, and a brief description of why they’re a true Game Changer. There’s no limit to how many people you can nominate, and once submitted, nominees remain in the running for future months. CLICK HERE for the nomination form.
